[5] Although Street didn't work on the subsequent recording "William, It Was Really Nothing", he was asked to engineer their next album, Meat Is Murder, with Morrissey and Marr producing for the first time.

Street produced Blur's 2015 album The Magic Whip, their first since the band's reformation with Coxon.

Following two albums with different producers, the band worked with Street again on their 2001 album Wake Up and Smell the Coffee and the two extra tracks that were recorded for their 2002 best of album Stars: "Stars" and "New New York".

Street also produced the first two albums for ska-influenced indie band The Ordinary Boys, Over The Counter Culture in 2004 and Brassbound in 2005.

Street also co-produced the tracks "Save Us" and "Burn the Bridges" from the band's The Singles album with lead singer Grant Nicholas, released in 2006.

Which explains our elation when we noticed a new restaurant pop up within the BFI, fronted by Benugo, and found between Charlotte Street and Tottenham Court Road.

Pizzas are a speciality, as are white fish dishes and a wonderful chicken and English asparagus plate.

Pizzas and flatbreads cooked in the in-house brass oven include veggie initiatives like roast peppers with aubergines and courgettes, and classic flatbreads garnished with lamb, humous, coriander, pomegranate & pine nuts.

British Summertime continues in the dessert platters, which are wholesome takes on traditional celebratory classics: the English berries, elderflower jelly and ice cream particularly made us smile.

Film lover, foodie or both; this centrally located indie eatery is a welcome new face this Summertime.

food

Sandwich bar and café chain Benugo have taken over the ground floor of the British Film Institute headquarters in Fitzrovia and turned an awkward concrete space into an appealing brasserie.

Both this and a tart of the day (lemon) were well made and presented, but slightly dearer than you might expect for a chain restaurant in a slightly so-what location.

But for the many film and media people who use this building for meetings, its arrival is like manna from heaven.
